I just noticed some AnimeFesta titles (NSFW) being sold on Amazon from Ascendent Animation https://www.ascendentanimation.com/
They are all dubbed in English and uncensored without mosaics, with a lot more English dubbed AnimeFesta titles (NSFW) streaming on https://oceanveil.net/

You should note (for those who don't know) that their main focus is NSFW stuff. I mean most can probably get the context from the mosaic comment but just in case.
