Noticed the 2nd season is coming out tomorrow and am thinking about getting both seasons but am wondering if there's a story arc that runs through it or are they all stand alone episodes? Thanks.

There is a definite running storyline through Beware The Batman's single season. They did split that season up into two parts. Each episode usually has a self-contained villain that is the main focus.
