I know Aniplex said the digital copy of the Kimetsu no Yaiba movie is coming on June 22, but still no word of a physical release?

The Japanese BD & DVD release (with English subtitles) is June 16: https://kimetsu.com/anime/package/. The AoA release should be sometime this year. It probably won't be solicited until sometime after the theatrical run ends (it's still ongoing). There is also a chance Funimation could release a barebone version even later like the TV series.

Peacock Adds RetroCrush Anime Channel to Its Channel Lineup

Peacock has added RetroCrush’s 24/7 classic anime streaming channel to its free channel lineup. The channel is now streaming and more content from RetroCrush will be added to Peacock in the coming months.

The RetroCrush OTT service and app launched in March 2020 and features over 100 series and 40 features from the 70s, 80s and 90s. The standalone app is available on iOS, Android, Amazon Fire TV, Roku and smart TVs, and on the RetroCrush website.

I wouldn't be concerned about overlapping content. Some titles maybe available in multiple sites by design. Digital Media Rights basically want their anime content on as many sites as possible. RetroCrush themselves will have the most exclusive titles though. DMR doesn't much upload content to Amazon Prime Video anymore. Some of their existing content shifted to IMDb TV (free with ads).
