Does PAL speedup bother anyone around here?

If you have a multi-system TV and a DVD player capable of outputting a pure (non-converted) PAL signal, then the PAL titles should look better than your NTSC ones.
Next time I buy a "big" TV, I'll be looking to get a multi-system one with all the PAL stuff I've got in my collection (already have a smaller 20" CRT multi-system in one of the basement rooms).

Re: Does PAL speedup bother anyone around here?
After moving to the UK in the early 00s and only being used to PAL converted shows shown on TV in the US growing up, I was blown away by what PAL looked like in its native format. The picture on televisions in the UK was in general FAR better than the picture I was used to in the US.
It was very odd to see shows that was used to looking a certain way for years and year suddenly look brand new. It was almost akin to when I saw movies I had only seen on VHS on widescreen DVD for the first time.
