Re: 100 Movies. 31 Days. The 11th Annual "October Horror Movie Challenge" (10/1 - 10/

These are in theatrical release order with parenthetical information about DVD releases. The release information is generally what I've purchased and simply serves as a jumping off point if you're looking to pick up any of these. Some I purchased in collections are also available as single titles. Several are now OOP and hard to find.

The Abbott & Costello films are now included in the new Universal Monsters Legacy Collection releases as well as a stand-alone release with *just* those films.

The *new* Universal Monsters Legacy Collection releases are preferred over the original releases as the main feature in each is from the master created for the BR releases of those films.

The Kino American Silent Horror Collection is currently (10/1/15) available at Amazon from MP vendor Film Maker Direct for $19.99 + shipping/tax. I took a chance and ordered a copy. Film Maker Direct apparently *is* Kino! Possibly a close-out division. The shipping address matches Kino and it included a catalog of current releases. If you're interested in these get it now before they run out and that ~$80+ price for used copies becomes the norm.
