Ladd plays an armorer with a secret identity as the Black Knight, who goes around protecting King Arthur and Camelot from Saracen and Cornish conspiracies. Cushing pays the chief villain, a Saracen Knight of the Round Table who has a swordfight with Ladd in the climactic battle. At one point, the knights disrupt a pagan ceremony, including a human sacrifice, at Stonehenge, which they proceed to demolish by knocking down all the stone slabs. Ridiculous, but fast-paced and full of action.
