I think it's definitely worth hanging on to. I love it. It has such simple controls. Not simple difficulty-wise, but simple as in its basically just two buttons. Levels are nice and short. It has that "just one more try, I'm SOOOO close to beating this" vibe to it. Reminds of my NES days. Easy enough to pick up and play, but brutally difficult to master.

Quick question : Did those of you who bought the disc version get anything once you redeemed your Season Pass code? I redeemed mine and see the Season Pass in the transaction history, but there's nothing to download in my download list and though you're appently supposed to get an exclusive costume with the S.P., I don't seem to have one in my inventory. Also I still see the S.P. available for purchase in the PSN store. Makes me wonder if something went wrong.

Decker, I show the same thing as you on PS4. I even double checked my purchase history and the SP was there. I'm guessing that the costume will be part of one of the DLC packs?

First Trials Fusion Update Introduces Online Tournaments

Ubisoft has announced the first major update for Trials Fusion, which brings with it much-anticipated online tournaments.

Each tournament will run for a limited time. Alongside the prestige, those who place on the leaderboards will win rider gear, bike parts, in-game cash and experience points.





Ubisoft also announced the inclusion of 10 brand new player-created tracks, available cross-platform through Track Central.

Broken into six parts, Trials Fusion DLC will begin rolling out this summer in the United States & Europe (winter in ANZ), and brings with it new tracks, bike parts and gear, as well as a new Career Mode Event. Players can either purchase these pieces individually or buy them all as part of the Trials Fusion Season Pass.

If you're still on the fence about the game, Ubisoft has also announced a Trials Fusion demo is now available for download on Xbox One.

We reviewed Trials Fusion back in April, calling it "at once mercilessly exacting, and regularly thrilling."

I can live with the "Welcome to the Future" song. I'd like to disable that pseudo-GLaDOS voice over doing the same bit of dialog again and again as I keep crashing over and over.

Not sure about other versions but the Xbone version does allow you to turn off the audio commentary.

1) The second DLC pack : Empire of the Sky came out today.

2) The Xbox One version is on sale on the console for $13.39 (33% off). Well worth it.

Well, shit. I waited too long. I decided last night that I was going to buy this, only to find out that it's no longer on sale. Now I'll just wait for it to go on sale again or end up on GWG.

Hey, the game is now on sale on the PS4 for $13.49 with PS Plus. Everyone should buy this -- well, at least everyone on my Friends list.

Heads up, yo : Those with the disc version of the game and PS Plus -- you can take advantage of a quirk of this game. The game is pretty unique in that half the disc game's retail value is the DLC Season Pass code in the insert. Somehow Best Buy doesn't know this and will give you $25.50 (or $27.20 if you're GCU) for the disc game through 8/30/14. You can take that, buy the digital version of the game for $13.49 and pocket the rest while still having all the DLC. Nice deal. Hell, even if you don't own it yet but have GCU, you're still better off buying it new for $32.00, taking out the DLC insert and keeping it and then selling the game back to the store for $27 -- that's $20 of DLC for $5 and you can still get the game for $13.49.

I would love more medium tracks but at least there are some decent ones out there to download (not from the official DLC). Those hard tracks are a HUGE difficulty step up and they can be insanely frustrating instead of fun.
