Only time I have heard anyone talk was people moaning in the campaign lobby because the were annoyed at having to wait through the story stuff.
I suck pretty bad at this game, it sucks getting old.

Exactly. Not that I was ever all that great at these type of games, but man I hardly ever get any pilot kills. Meanwhile I have guys from the other team jumpkicking me in the face and shit. And as soon as I get in my mech (which seems to be made of paper mache) it either gets shot up in two seconds or people just come up to me and rip the fucking arms off of it.

^^ You just described my gameplay experience too. I usually get 9-15 kills a game and then I look at my record and despite it feeling like I took out a Titan and some pretty skilled "real" players, I have 1 pilot kill and 11 drone kills

I usually make my Titan follow me instead of me blowing it in 30s or less.

That's pretty smart. I need to do that.

What I like about this game is that even though it's a team-oriented game, I don't seem to really hurt anyone else's game by playing terribly and still feel like I helped a bit even though I mostly just killed grunts and died a number of times.

Got the Sole survivor thing yesterday. Thought that was kind of cool (but mostly just lucky). Felt like Ripley in Alien at the end there.

Sometimes I put my Titan in a spot where I can see it from high up, and set it to Guard Mode. Then I wait for dumbass pilots/grunts to go after it, guns blazing, and take them out.

I read that as "Microsoft paid us a bunch of money to delay this two more weeks to try and sell a bunch more XB1's."

And yeah, a game this close to release and there hasn't been mention of it going gold or any screen shots or anything on it? Something ain't right.

Of course it is to sell more Xbone's, but you can't really blame them. They want to make up as much ground as they can.

When a game is "delayed" a week or two before launch, it's never for "tweaks and improvements". The game either got rejected from final qa testing with major issues, or it's on hold on purpose. The second scenario is extremely unlikely. Knowing the developer, it's almost certainly the first.

^^ Disagree. The final product is done, printed, shrinkwrapped, etc. They're holding this on purpose or they're just keeping it quiet to keep pressure on X1 sales. The biggest mistake MS made was to not make this an X1 exclusive. It'd be cheaper in the long run to pay Respawn a proprietary fee and sell more hardware now than to drop hardware prices in another year to recoup missed sales or to finally encourage those on the fence.

The media would have already been pressed months ago to be ready for retailers, 2 weeks is enough to keep working on a day one patch though.
