I get why Infinity Ward chose Michael Myers, but they dropped the ball. No fucking surprise.

Does this game feature the awesome "quick scope" cheat? Because there was a guy online last night that completely dominated using a rifle and scope --- didn't matter if he was up close or at sniping distance.

Or the game sucks. That could possibly be it too.
Either way, I wish I would've paid $64.99 for the Hardened Edition rather than the $94.99 I did spend for it on street date.

I don't think the game sucks... it just hasn't evolved enough. The single player is excellent, IMO. The MP is much improved from BLOPS2 with respect to lag.
I still think that if the Battlefield series could introduce killstreak rewards it would be the best MP game ever.

I finally finished the single player campaign last night.
Not bad... and it definitely had some tense missions/moments, but overall... nothing special.

^^ Same. I'd like to know what you all are using for your loadouts.
I mostly run with the K7 with red dot and then Agility, quick reload, marathon, hardline and extra grenade (or IED in this case).

Weapon: Honey Badger with Foregrip and Armor Piercing
Perks: Stalker, Takedown, Dead Silence, Off the Grid, Blast Shield Pro
Support: Ammo Crate, Ballistic Vests, Support Squadmate
For everything else:
Weapon: LMG with Foregrip and (whatever operation attachment I'm working on)
Perks: Ready Up, Marathon, Stalker, Quickdraw, Focus
Assault: IMS, Sentry Gun, Enemy Hind (can change based upon operations)

When playing multiplayer, how often does the Free Fall map come up for those of you that have it?
I've never (meaning: not a single damn time) seen it come up. The only way I can play on that map is if I go into Squads mode, start a local-only game, and choose that map.
Squads mode is actually kind of nice... for someone like me who sucks at "true" multiplayer.

Call of Duty: Ghosts has received another title update on Xbox 360 and Xbox One today, adding a selection of fixes and new features to the game, including the addition of the Gun Game mode from Call of Duty: Black Ops, replacing the Heavy Duty mode.
Gun Game is a wager match mode in which you're given progressively more powerful guns as you rack up kills. Hunted FFA is also added to the Call of Duty: Ghosts multiplayer playlist, as well as a host of other tweaks and balancing stuff.

- Dead Silence/Amplify Adjustment - Dead Silence completely silent including equipment, sliding, and footsteps. Amplify users can still hear a scaled down version of the footsteps and sliding sounds.
- Slight AK12 Increase on view kick.
- Adjusted reload times on L115 and USR.
- Reduce burst fire cool down of MSBS.
eSports
- Removed stalls caused by the host changing loadout in eSports games.
- Silent plant, silent defuse in Search and Destroy.
