Nordic Games acquired the game from the THQ bankruptcy in 2013. They're also working on updating the PC version to bring back multiplayer. The PC version is in "public beta" right now:

The iOS version doesn't mention if it includes the Immortal Throne DLC, but since it claims to be complete with no other purchases necessary, it seems like it would have it.

i have put a couple of hours in on my iphone 5s. the touch controls are pretty good and easy to use.
