Every year after (sometimes during if I have a second tv) I recreate the superbowl on the console. Does any one else do this? Go Buccs!

I pre-play it, but I let it go computer vs computer, to remove the "me playing" element from it. Usually do it Sunday morning before all the pre-game stuff happens.

I remember that ESPN used to run it every year with the two teams. They'd simulate the game using Madden and the NFL2K series.

Played it last night while under the influence. 35-31 Raiders. Bucs led in the half after some breakout plays and a 71 yard pass down field before half. Gannon came back and led the Raiders to victory. Bucs had a chance to win with about a minute left, but Johnson threw an interception at the 3 yard line.
How do I remember any of this???

Sony has simulated it with Gameday by having players from both teams play each other and its been right 7 straight years. This should happen at some point today.

Nah, I'm sick of beating my online buddy (Oakland) all the time as Tampa Bay. After 50 blowouts, it kind of gets redundant.
