I don't know if this counts, but back in college I hosted a "Twin Peaks Festival" where several of us attempted to watch the *entire run* of Twin Peaks - all 30 episodes - in single sitting. We had a lot of coffee and cherry pie, and had pizza and subs delivered two different times. As it turns out, only my friend Leslie and I made it through the whole thing, although some folks would doze off for a couple episodes and jump back in. Needless to say, shit got REALLY SURREAL by episode 25 or so.

I've seen the first Season of ER at least 5 times. Then seasons 2-7 at least 3 times a piece.
I've seen every episode of Seinfeld at least 20 times. But never in order. Also, almost never while it was on the air. I started watching Seinfeld with about 3 episodes left in the series.

I do this all the time with shows I have purchased on DVD/blu (I don't buy shows I've never watched before). I do most of my re-watching in the summer when there is less new content on TV. I just re-watched the entire Trek universe and after the Oscar Challenge I'm going to watch the first three seasons of Buffy before diving into Angel. After that it's onto Babylon 5.
Last year I noticed that TVOne was showing re-runs of Roc which I hadn't seen since it originally aired so I set a season pass and watched the entire run two episodes per day.

I've re-watched X-Files numerous times. In full on tv, and at least twice since then. Same with 24, watched them all live, re-watched them all with friends. BSG, in full on BR, then re-watched with my wife.

Back in the '90s, the local PBS station ran "Hill Street Blues" nightly, followed by "St. Elsewhere", and I watched them all at that time. Like most series, both had weaker seasons, but watching them all together, those problems didn't bother me as much. I bought "Twin Peaks" on Blu-ray and hope to watch it before the revival.

I binged the first 3 seasons of 24. It was still good but there sure is a lot of WTF moments. It works better on a weekly basis.

Obviously, back before cable, when there were three network affiliates, and two local channels, I'd end up watching whatever series they put on 6pm (usually). And I grew up when sitcoms ran on CBS all morning and MASH was on every afternoon. I've watched a lot of older shows all the way through ("Dick Van Dyke" and "The Odd Couple" were favorites), though I was less fussy about how I watched them.

I don't remember it as vividly as I do re-watching the Lost seasons, but I think we bought and binged DVD sets before the next season of Battlestar would air.

I've also rewatched these over and over: Louie, Lady Dynamite, Legit (short seasons), and Futurama (many many times).
I know I'll love X-Files if I just reconnect with it. I was really into it during it's original run (I was 10-15 at hte time). Really liked the new season.

Re: Have you ever re-watched an entire 22-24 episode season show, if so which?
I'd say pretty much any show I own on DVD/Blu counts as I only typically buy shows I have already seen. So that would elevate the question to how many shows have you watched more than twice. As mentioned above, it's usually a summer thing with a lack of interest in summer programming.
In the 3 or more group:
24: S1-3
Arrested Development: all
Cheers: all
Veronica Mars: S1
Sports Night (short season though)
Lost: S1-4
X-files: S1-5
Friends: all
Seinfeld: all
Chuck: S1-3
The "two times or more" would be a lot larger (basically the entire collection as mentioned) but I'm currently going through Smallville for the second time(third for some seasons) with my kids (their first time) and just started over on Scrubs over Christmas.

Sure -- numerous. Too many to list. Particularly shows like Seinfeld and MASH. I've probably watched the first 8 seasons of The Simpsons a lot of times over.

I've also watched Family Guy and American Dad quite a bit. Family Guy non-stop back in 2005-ish. You get so many episodes and it takes more to keep it going. American Dad was overall really great for the past five years.

They could make the episodes longer because they re-used the same shot of them climbing in and out of the tree stump over and over
