Aside from seeing ugly ass Richard Cabral again, I thought the episode from 11/16 "Fashion Police" was really fun. Some pretty fun stunt and action sequences with Riggs.
The water torture sequence did sort of remind me of the 1st movie.
Hilarie Burton was a nice addition as a guest star. Since she's DEA, I think there's definitely a possibility of her returning. I think she did have chemistry with Crawford.
Riggs and Murtaugh falling asleep and Riggs dirty ass dog pissing on Roger's floor made me Especially when he said that better be you Riggs pissing on my couch.

Wonder if Glover or Gibson would do a cameo. No reason they couldn't play their dads. So they'd still be Riggs & Murtaugh.

I've never watched this but I had it on in the background last night since I was DVRing Empire, and Riggs puts this kid in a closet and pulls out a gun from Rambo, and they start playing Run through the Jungle, and this motorcycle gang comes in doing tricks, and I'm like OK, this is promising. Then they show the kid in the closet, Riggs pulls him out, everyone is dead. So they've got the money to license CCR but they can't show any action? Poor use of resources Lethal Weapon!

Did...did you not watch the 1-2 min before that?
"This is just a waste of money...like mountain climbing" I died. This show never fails to leave me grinning when the credits hit.

Really solid mid season finale. I was going to watch Timeless off the DVR but noticed this was just finishing recording an decided to watch instead.
The most in depth backstory we've come across for Riggs yet. I thought the Flashbacks worked very well. The bulk of this episode was really about Riggs and his connection to the past, which surprised me. I had caught part of the preview and it made the episode appear to be focused on Murtaugh's family.
Still, a few twists at the end that raise some interesting questions. I'm sure we'll revisit them part way through the rest of the season.
Show is on break until early January.

It was OK. I was let down because from the marketing, it made it seem like it would be more like an entire episode around the hostage situation at the house.

I think the mid-season finale was my favorite episode so far...I've been waiting for them to set up a "main" bad guy, and it looks like they're heading in that direction.
Nice nod to the original "Lethal Weapon" with the girl crashing into the top of a car off a high-rise.
Riggs' dog appears to have gone on Christmas vacation.

Anyone think his wife's father (DA was he?) was on the other end of that call?

Another good fun episode but new Riggs's weakness is the crazy scenes.
He doesn't do them well

Decent midseason finale. Appears they've set up a bigger villain for Riggs.
It was definitely a little more low key than what the promos let on.
The opening sequence with the woman falling on top of the car did seem like a nod to the original movie.
I did like seeing the flashbacks to Riggs and Miranda.
So far, I would say this show has been a pleasant surprise. Definitely formulaic and procedural, but the characters have made it more than your standard cop show.

EW can exclusively reveal that Thomas Lennon will assume the role of Leo Getz, the ambulance-chasing lawyer who looks to squeeze every drop out of each petty crime. Leo will show up opposite Riggs (Clayton Crawford) and Murtaugh (Damon Wayans) in the Feb. 15 episode.
For now, Lennon is only set to appear in one episode as Leo, who first showed up in Lethal Weapon 2 in 1989. After all, he’s still got a full-time gig on that other primetime reboot, The Odd Couple.

That sucks. Love the idea of Getz being in the show but I really can't stand Lennon. Hope he doesn't make the show unwatchable for me. Loving it as-is now.

I'd rather see someone like Charlie Day. He has the same spastic method as Pesci.

This past Wednesday's episode was one of the few this season I really didn't care for all that much. I wonder if it was filmed earlier and held off until now, because it just didn't seem to have the fun of past episodes.

Had some odd plotting as well. When the cop shot the prisoner, OK I can see him justifying that. But who was the random second guy he shot?

No love for Malcom Jamal Warner?! Would be great to have his character come back.
I thought this last episode was really good. The plots for all the characters had a common theme that tied together at the end of the episode.

Jesus, I could've done without the Ford commercial in the middle of the show.

"Do we have a photo of the suspect?"
Just bing! it or I can seen you a photo from my phone to your MS Surface pro.
but now I see the level of product whoring still had more levels to it!!
They did the same car product placement thing years ago when Claire Bennet got her first car on Heroes. It that case all they did was have her go something like "Is that the new _____?" and that was it.
now networks must be more desperate for the money if they are willing to stuff a full on hands free tail gate ad into the middle of a show.
