Why So Blu?

Just caught up with the season. I liked it. The jump in the last two episodes glossed over what happened to Ryan. What did happen to him? Did he die or get captured?

They also glossed over what happened with Donna and Gordon. Second time watching I noticed they weren't living together anymore, did they get divorced or something?

Yeah they got divorced, I thought they actually mentioned it once they were in the bar together, that happened like in the first ten minutes in that jump to 1990 episode.

I did, but have no memory of what had happened. I must have stepped away or something without pausing it.

I finally got around to finishing this season last week. I really liked it. It seems like this show gets better season by season. I was completely confused by the 4 year time jump. If I had knew what Donna's maiden name was, then I probably would have figured it out. I thought I had somehow missed an episode. I'm looking forward to the final season. Was it just me or did anyone else get the impression that they are going to make Donna the "villain" for the next season?

I hope not, as of the 4 leads, I think Donna's probably the kindest most normal of the 4. It would have to be a major character shift.

It seemed like she had finally had enough of Cameron and had a breakdown. It looked to me like it will be Donna vs. Cameron, Gordon, and Joe next season....

Yes, they are making Donna the Gordon Gecko of the show. They pretty much set her character up that she will sell anyone out for her own self interests.

In one way, it's sets up some nice drama next year (Donna vs Cameron), but she's likeable and sweet so I hate rooting against her.

Give this man a cigar!! Stumbled across this on Netflix a couple of weeks ago and my wife and I power binged it right through all 4 seasons. A pretty solid show that I never really heard about when it aired event though i was a Walking Dead fan when this would have aired. Easily one of the best shows I've seen in a long time....

Glad you found the show! Because of the current season of True Detective, I keep having flashback memories of Halt and Catch Fire and how much I enjoyed the show. I really ought to buy a DVD set so I can rewatch it one day.
