So Ashton Kutcher's wife leaves him and he tries to kill himself, then he has sex with two girls, then he's moping around and trying to get his wife back again. I'm not sure if I understand this new character.

And the wife isn't even that hot. You figure a billionaire would have a whole lot of a better wife. Didn't she play Herb's sister who Charlie was banging when Herb and Judith were getting married? They couldn't find anyone better to play this character? But still i'll give it a chance, just because of the history of the show.

I'm guessing it will last the season but Charlie really was the heart of that show. How much more pathetic can they make John Cryer? He's off the scale already.

Ive given this show 3 episodes, i'm out
Kutcher has no chemistry with the rest of the cast and it's almost painful to watch
If they had hot ass women in the show every week, i might be able to be a bit forgiveable but no

Yeah, this show wasn't a darling in the first place with the overall public. Kutcher just killed
what little the show had going going for it.
The chemistry Charlie and Alan had.

I was ready to turn it off Monday but didn't really see anything else. Never watched House so although I heard it was good I'm not going to start now.

I dont get it, the "chemistry" seemed to be the same to me, other than the fact that Kutcher's character is mentally challenged.

It's obvious from the premiere that they left it wide open for Charlie to return: Rose is the only one who saw him die, he died in a foreign country, he was cremated so there was no body. Way too easy for Charlie to walk through the front door of his house when the ratings bottom out, claiming his death a scheme cooked up by himself and Rose to get out of some kind of predicament.

Well they really went after Sheen tonight.
Alan found himself missing his brother while also realizing that nice guys (like Alan thinks he is), truly do finish last. So when the proper moment presents itself, he starts acting like Charlie. By the end of the episode, Alan fully believed he was Charlie.
Of course this gave the writers an opportunity to throw a few more barbs Charlie's way, giving him an intervention from Walden, and eventully throwing Alan/Charlie into the loonie bin. I'm sure you can guess the last line of the episode...
WINNING!
It's even set up to be two-parter, so maybe next week we get to hear about tiger blood and the volcano of truth.

I was enjoying the whole second personality that Alan was becoming engrossed with at the end of last season before Charlie Sheen f'ed it all up.

I've pretty much given up on that entire Monday line-up. HIMYM was finally new last night and it was tolerable but not great.
Two Broke Girls is tiresome. People don't talk like that, even in NYC. No one has that many snappy come-backs.
2 1/2 was going nowhere so I gave up on that too.

Ashton's character is completely useless. His only purpose being there is so they can keep calling it Two and a Half Men... and even that's a stretch since the kid is almost 18 now.
