I understand Ted McGinley will be brought in for next season.

Can you imagine if it had ended with the shown-own-of-sequence "My Princess" that NBC claimed was the "series finale" at the end of S7? Thanks ABC for letting it get a proper series finale. Much obliged.

^No shit, that was probably the worst episode of SCRUBS I've ever seen.

Like others have said,. I'm glad that ABC gave the show the chance to end on it's own terms instead of being "forced" off the airwaves.

'Scrubs' has been one of the highlights on the TV calender for the past several years, so thanks to the cast and crew for an enjoyable show

The change in network won't have any effect on that, it is still owned by the same production company.

I've loved this show and while I understand letting shows die when needed, if they had introduced these interns a little sooner I like to think it could have gone on a little longer. Despite Braff being the "lead", I've always felt it was the cast of supporting characters that really helped the show.

Fixed. That pile of shit was up there with the "space" episode of NewsRadio for how absurdly awful and unfunny it was. That episode alone is the reason I haven't bought Season 7 yet (waiting until I can get it dirt-cheap).

Scrubs is one of my favorite shows - and one of just a few that I consider "appointment Television" but it's time for it to go.

There is no way this show with be good with the Interns. The interns all suck anyway.

Dr. Cox, J.D., Turk, and Carla's story arc will be fully completed at the end of this season so let it end there.

I'm glad, too, but ABC's communication with Comcast hasn't been good. I set a series recording for new shows (not new+repeats) and it only recorded 3 episodes, 1 on the first night. I guess it could be Comcast's fault, but they said it's an automated process and the DVR records programs as new/repeat based on what the networks tell them. And I doubt they're going to rerun Scrubs in the summer.

It must be your area Comcast because I haven't had any problems recording the episodes. If you don't want to wait until this summer/fall to watch them on DVD, they're up on ABC's website.
