The Handler 11/21/03
Finally had a chance to watch this episode. It was okay, but it didn't really make sense to me why the security guard did the job himself. I get that he didn't want his friends or his kids to know that he was a snitch, but since his friends all got taken down anyway, didn't he just get arrested in vain? He basically chose to go to jail and be away from his kids rather than them maybe find out that he was a snitch? He said that he wanted them to think that he was a thief rather a snitch, but wasn't there a good chance that they wouldn't have found out anything, based on what Joe said?

I was flummoxed by the hasty wrap-up to this episode as well. It goes down as a clunker (plus the subplot with Joe's brother just didn't do it for me).

I agree. It was a messy ending to a messy episode. And they needed more Lily...

Sometimes I'll fall asleep watching this show, and then wake-up not quite knowing what I missed, and I think I did fall asleep this Friday watching this episode, so I re-watched the last half hour, and realized I did not miss anything!

I agree with everything that's been said.
I had to watch the ending twice to figure out what had happened.
