If you're referring to the B&M stores, I've bought a couple of used DVDs there. Service was ok, prices are usually not too good. I did get the OOP Platoon used there for $17. Looked brand new.

I've traded some of my discs there...
Your 3 for their 1 - Not a great deal at all, but if you want to move some suckekeke titles that are collecting dust for a new product and don't care to wait for ebay to get cash... It's an easy way to go.
They only accept "like new" discs and no promos... So, if you're worried about quality, the used discs are in good condition. The prices aren't that great though...

I've found some pretty good deals on used DVD's through The Warehouse (sp?). The prices are decent if you compare them to what you'd pay new but the selection is pretty weak...
