Is there an e-mail address at Amazon to someone who reads and understands what is said in the e-mail. Earlier I was very happy customer but during last month or so their quality has dropped so much. It is very clear now that [email protected] is not the address to tell what you think their recent quality.

No, I don't need to get extra support, I just want to tell my opinion.

Please, no phone number, too expesive to call from Europe.

I heard a few people getting positive results through ugetheard and planetfeedback (I believe it was those two).

I think they know who it should go to and make sure it goes to the proper contacts. If I remember correctly, part of the form asks for specific dates and such so I guess if you have specific instances, this may be an option/avenue to vent.
