BB Reward Zone - Points and Purchases not showing up?

For the past week, my points and purchases haven't shown up on the My Reward Zone website. It is completely blank with no record of previous or pending purchases.

Anyone else having this problem?

This is still going on?

I used to have one and Best Buy told me it was canceled?

I thought they stopped doing it.

It never worked right to begin with.

Yeah I think it's happening to about everyone.

There was supposed to be a change in expiration dates and terms for RZ certificates that was to go into effect at the end of October. I'm sure the two are related.

Read about this on another forum as well. Havent bothered to check my account. Anyoen else have trouble putting their RZ number in for an online purchase? hasnt worked for me in months.

Best Buy doesn't have much going for them, and if they screw this up, I will do my darndest to not give them any more money.
I just bought games with the B2G1 which kicked me over the 150$ games purchase for the bonus 10.00 RZ cert - and now they're not shown on RZ.com at all. When I try to 'Claim Missing Purchases' it says "this purchase already exists."
Clearing out all points on 1/1 is totally bullshit. Especially when it takes over a month to get them posted at all. If it were "points last 12 months from date of posting (not earning)", I could see that.

I think these games, and the Powerpuff Girls DVD set (to burn an RZ cert), have been the first things I've bought from them in months. I got a couple good deals on BB.com last Black Friday, and I'll still go in to browse sometimes since there's no other dedicated electronics store here, but yeah, my BB spending has been vastly reduced. Still, I would like to get what I have earned for shopping there.

No, but they're likely recoding the site for any pending transactions under the new terms and conditions, since -- per the new rules -- they'll have to be redeemed by the end of the year.

I haven't got anything from my RZ credit card which is easily 700-800pts or Gamers club. And when I get my e-mails, one minute I have 400pts, the next 200 and no certificates.

That's odd. I don't deal with the emails. I bank all my points and redeem the points for certificates whenever I want.
