They're only different because the 360 doesn't have anything in place to do anything like game rentals with expiring DRM.

Its not even an important distinction to make. If Microsoft could do it...

When I go to purchase Shadowrun for free it gives me an error. BBC2 doesn't.

Maybe I should start harassing Microsoft on Twitter every few hours like that guy harasses TCM about Halloween.

Also correct me if I'm wrong: I don't believe you can play your PSN+ DRM-dependent games on your Xbox. So there's that.

I believe the Complete Edition has that PS3-exclusive "Consul's Case" mission and so far it hasn't been made available as DLC.

They weren't willing to pay for likeness rights, what would make you think they'd be willing to pay General Motors to use the "likeness" of their vehicle?
