There was a big Paramount list making the rounds not too long ago, this has gotta be it finally showing up. And there were a lot more titles on there than this (of course who knows what BL brought...

Personally you could not pay me to watch any of the Brosnan Bonds outside Goldeneye (which is actually one of my top 5.). They are drek IMO.

Then again I like the Moore ones (yes, even Moonraker!)...

I agree, I assume they are doing big (million+$) buys which is what I have heard is the level required to be direct and get that kind of pricing.

Lord do I wish I could swing those kind of deals!

Sadly we are nowhere near the size required to be direct with the studios, so I cannot say for sure. But overstocks are literally just that in my understanding, more than they needed on full price...

And I continue to agree with Moo on this point. These places can move very good #s at higher prices and are happy to do so.

These lists are released by the studio to several big overstock companies (though some end up with only one favored one). The overstock companies are in turn free to price them up or down however...
