I hadn't even thought about that. If we do get a Season 3, I am not sure how I'd feel about that happening; the writers would have to make sure his reappearance didn't come off as...

Holy Crap! This episode was amazing. They totally shattered expectations and took the audience for a very intense ride

I agree. I was shocked. He was a soldier; lived a soldier and died a soldier. It really is a shame to see him go though. They executed it perfectly though, because I literally jumped off my couch...
