The format needs a lot of refinement and I don't think the host is particularly good. On the other hand, it's dirt cheap to make and I have a hunch that toy manufacturer is footing much of its bill.

I gave up on Toy Box after the first three episodes. Its format needed more work and the idea of kid judges doesn't really work.

It's a cute, harmless show. I find the male host doesn't bring anything to the table and will usually skip over his segments.

Are the kids coached for funny and informative answers? You betcha....
