It can't be done, AFAIK. It's frustrating, because there are some $16 - $17 Blu-ray titles I want, but they won't count toward fulfillment, and I can't get them for free as part of a BOGO. I'm sure...

This is the term they use if you have reported items lost or damaged. If you didn't do this yourself, you should call and find out why this happened, and have them re-sent.

Great, you're all set. A few times, when I was flipping accounts like crazy, I guess I got rejected, because I couldn't sign in, even after placing regular orders under a "Provisional" status.

I do get instant access, but my account # shows "Provisional" for a day or two. I don't consider the account approved until it shows a real #.

That feature was removed during the site "upgrade". I don't think there's any way to tell in advance, but from recent personal experience, Alien Anthology counted as three selections. BTTF counted...

I had a similar experience when I pre-ordered Iron Man II, and took a DVD for free which got canceled. I called and asked why, and they said because the pre-order was under $20, I had to pick a DVD...
