Amazon just wrote again and said they choose the carrier that provides "the best service." And they gave me a $10 gift certificate.

Then they sent me another email saying that my order was "lost...

I live in Pittsburgh, PA.

When I had stuff shipped by Prestige, as soon as it was shipped, their tracking said it was in Coraopolis, PA, which is only about 10 miles form Pittsburgh. But amazon...

Prestige just delivered my package - and it was at the exact time as their previous delivery. So that's good.

However, the delivery person said they didn't make any attempted delivery yesterday,...
