I had the same problem with a different title. The problem appears to be that they sit on the PayPal authorization for more than 30 days, which is as long as it is good for. Call CH customer...

There used to be a drop down option to select how many titles on your order would count toward your commitment, but I don't see it on my unfulfilled account. Of course, I could be missing it.
