I have had nothing but good luck with Lasership. Stuff gets here fast and in perfect condition. The guy delivering it comes in a god awful beat up white cargo van, but they do a good job by me.

Had the same issue with Lasership leaving a package by my front door sometime at night. I didn't contact amazon though. Though in fairness Fedex lost an overnight shipment for about 8 days before...
