Not so unpopular; I listen to more 1978-1982 Kiss than I do any other era. Pretty much the solo LPs through Creatures of the Night provide for a more diverse and compelling listening experience.

I believe Ace fully sold his Spaceman trademarks to KISS somewhere around the same time.

Also, while in hindsight maybe it wasn't the best decision, KISS in 1987 was essentially running on fumes....

Don't want all the extra crap liker posters, postcards, guitar picks, whatever, would prefer a CD release with all the audio.

DL has actually put out some really good music (some not so good) long past their heyday (post Adrenalize). My wife got me into the "Slang" album which, while sure it ain't High n Dry by a longshot,...

I saw Def Leppard in December 1987, Hysteria tour, and yeah it was pretty much Pyro/Hyst heavy but with Heartbreak, Another Hit and Run and Let It Go thrown in. High n Dry is my favorite DL album...

Kiss fan since 1978, and I haven't been back to a live show since 2009-10'ish. Last time I saw them, I was so bored. The same setlists, the same stage banter ("People in the back, lemme hear ya!"...

Paul's and Ace's were great rock albums.

Gene's was bizarre.
