It will count. The regularly priced bit is just mumbo jumbo. As long as a title is $19.95 or higher, it counts.

Did you get a free movie with Apocalypse Now? CH still has the glitch where the free title of a BOGO order counts as one fulfillment as long as it has a regular price of $19.95 or higher and it ships...

I opened two TV accounts on the same day two weeks ago to take advantage of the BOGO with free shipping code that was going to expire. No problems with either account whatsoever.

This has been my strategy since I went hi-def. Nothing but HDL TV accounts from now on. BTW, CH just added some new enrollments for the TV Club. Time to submit a new application.:)
