I am curious as to how this movie handles some of the aspects of the book.

Will they even include the mini-story of Amy faking her death and her time in the little rural area?

Yes, I was trying to build on that post by stating that it was Flynn who changed the ending and not Fincher.

Anyone else think a Jay and Silent Bob cameo should be in order, since Affleck is literally "Chasing Amy" in this movie?

Reading the book now. I think I recall reading that Gillian Flynn actually changed the script ending for Fincher.
