Yeah, Reacher knew he was being set up. The only way to get out from under it was to take down the people doing the setup, not by trying to explain it to the police.

I enjoyed this one. A solid b-flick. Cruise delivers as he always does, and although he's almost as ridiculously superhuman as Ethan Hunt, the movie felt more grounded. McQuarrie did a very good job...
