Tap fast until he flips it out of the way. If you don't tap fast enough, or stop too soon, he will just put it back down. That's pretty much all there is to it.

Huh...weird. They barely changed the formula from GOW 1 and 2, so it seems strange for someone who loved 1 and 2 to be turned off by the demo for 3. :shrug:
