Why are so many of these on Sunday nights? There are several that would be possible weekend trips for me if they were held on a Saturday, but I'm not going to burn a vacation day to drive back from this after a Sunday night show.

Oh well, I suppose they're doing me a favor by saving me several hundred dollars.

I grew up in England, so I had to wait for them to tour. First time I saw them was Donington in 1985. Then twice on the '86 MOP tour (Bradford & Manchester), Donington '87, three times on the '88 AJFA tour (Bradford, Sheffield, Manchester), Birmingham '90, Donington '91.

Then I moved to the US.

Looking for the $55 tickets at Petco, not many left as most tickets are listed in those sections as reasle seat tickets, er, SCALPER tickets. Fucking lame. $55 tickets are being scalped at $120 and up. Guess I'm not going since only random seats for actual $55 are available.
I thought this kinda shit was going to stop.

I do as well. I picked up the 3disc version. Most people I know now stream through their phone. At least the ones that would be interested in Metallica. My brother in law is going to get one. Still need to find someone for the second.

I still buy CDs too, but with Amazon offering instant rip downloads with every purchase, a few of them (including Hardwired...) are still sealed.

It's amazing how many albums, especially catalog titles can be bought for $5 with Prime shipping and instant rip while the MP3 version costs ten bucks.

Reason being is that I have a stock radio in the truck with CD and no AUX in, otherwise I'd probably use my phone. Live radio sucks ass anymore. It's like they have a single CD and I hear the same shit all day, every day. nothing different.
