Once they start down this road, they don't stop. It only gets worse.

Zellweger doesn't look good but she looks like the damn Prom queen compared to that freakshow that Jaymole posted. Jeepers!

And the doctor that did that to Nikki Cox should be tried for crimes against humanity! That's a fucking abomination!

Re: What do you REALLY think of Renee Zellweger?

Yep. Nikki Cox at the bottom, man. 36 years old.

Apparently Zellweger hasn't done anything since 2010. Or anyting that came out since to better say it. She filmed a movie by Frozen River director Courtney Hunt in July. Comes out 2015, The Whole Truth.

Defense attorney Richard Ramsay (Keanu Reeves), works on a tough case to defend a seventeen-year old Mike Lassiter (Gabriel Basso), who is a murder suspect of his wealthy father. Ramsay enlists the help of a young lawyer Janelle (Gugu Mbatha-Raw), who determined to find out the truth about what happened that day.

Hollywood doesn't have a lot of use for actresses over forty. Especially those who got buttonholed into "cute & perky" roles.

Hence the plastic surgery. It's gotta be tough to hold out when the job offers aren't coming in, you're getting pressured by your managers and agents to :get a little work done", and you see yourself in the tabloids and on television being ripped on for looking old.

"By the way, you need to lose a little weight, too. I know someone who can write you some scripts. He used to be Brittany Murphy's doctor."

She still would have been in some sort of indie flicks, they eat up chicks like her, and all other 40+ chicks (you know, like Naomi Watts, Nicole Kidman, Halle Berry, Sandra Bullock, Jennifer Lopez, Jennifer Aniston, Gwenyth Paltrow, Uma Thurman, Julianne Moore, Catherine Keener, Jennifer Connelly, Julia Louise Dreyfus, Julia Roberts, Melissa McCarthy, Meryl Streep, Salma Hayek, Cate Blanchett, Tina Fey, Jane Lynch, Tilda Swinton, Helen Mirren, Judy Dench, Diane Lane, etc; )

...though they are all similar looking to how they looked in their 30s.

There's no way age did this to Renee. Your face doesn't become unrecognizable in less than 2 years unless your got into a horrible accident or had plastic surgery (which are kinda the same thing).

Re: What do you REALLY think of Renee Zellweger?

FYI - The procedure Renee Zellweger had done is what is formally known as an "Identity Reduction."

Re: What do you REALLY think of Renee Zellweger?

Over the years I think her face naturally started changing, it became more squinty, her eyes started to droop a little, she was just aging and her face was changing. Now she obviously had work done to try and correct it. If you look at some of her appearences over the last few years there are some not so flattering pictures. While her eyes look different than they used to now that she's had work done, I think she looks better than she did during her last oscars appearence.

Her face is a little different but I think she still looks pretty good for her age.

And are you somehow under the impression that when a person gets an eye job that that they are actually having work done on their eyeballs? Of course the eyes themselves don't change. But the skin all around them does. Almost everything on your body drops the older you get. Renee is way too young to have anything done around her eyes. Or even get Botox IMO. I don't think she looks terrible now, but she doesn't look the same. And probably won't work again for a while. If you don't overdo the plastic surgery, and have something done often, the skin settles somewhat over time with most people. Jessica Lange is one example. While she doesn't look anything like she used to, she looked like a cat for years after she had her face worked on. But I think she learned her lesson. Now, she just looks like an older Jessica Lange. And not a freak.

Re: What do you REALLY think of Renee Zellweger?

She was recently in some kind of forgettable romantic comedy that ended up on the Hallmark channel. Her career has hit rock bottom.

The Hallmark Channel the graveyard of once famous actors and actresses. At least it's employment.

As far as TV productions go, aren't Hallmark's considered fairly high-quality former A-list actors are still better than people who're nobodies al Sci-Fi Originals.

Such a terrible fucking movie. For whatever reason, it's fondly remembered of, usually by morons who were too young to understand it's awfulness when it first came out.
