I usually don't feel too dirty after watching a film, but the one that comes to mind is The Last House on the Left. I blind bought it watched it once and feel a little embarassed to display it on my shelf.
A movie that LITERALLY made me feel dirty was The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning. It wasn't so much "disturbing" but I felt so grimy after watching it I felt I needed a shower.

August Underground/August Underground's Mordum
Irreversible
I Stand Alone
Kids
Guinea Pig: Flower Flesh and Blood
Other than the August Underground films, I had originally gone through these films knowing little to nothing about them.
Out of all of the films Kids was the only film to genuinely make me upset. My girlfriend had bought the movie when we first started dating and we watched it together. I believe it was about 20 minutes into the movie that I got up and left the room.
Kind of odd that I reacted that way to Kids since I'm a big Exploitation fan. If anything it was part of what sauce07 mentioned as well as the tone and dialogue throughout the 20 minutes of the film I saw. Just upsetting and uncomfortable.

Maybe about 1 hour and a half of torture.
2 hours of the interview/documentary footage.
1 hour of "Storyline".
Big exploitation fan here too who can stomach stimulated gore & violence. But I agree that Larry Clark's work always seems to push the "Ewww" button for me.

Ken Park for me, another Larry Clark movie. got the russian import dvd. That movie is fucked up beyond belief (and kind of hot too). Also it was wierd seeing Officer Bellick from Prison Break in this.

The film that comes to mind for me is Andreas Schnaas' Zombie Doom. I lost my appetite for two days after watching that piece of gore crap.
Did we really need to see a man get his spine pulled out through his anus?

The context is never explained, as I recall. We just see one or two people disguised in those Hazmat-type suits carrying large blowtorches (not the welding kind, but the kind whose tank you carry on your back and whose torch spews masses of flames) and scorching the squealing pigs until their skin is bubbling and peeling and they lie on the ground quivering.
It's about as inhuman as anything I have seen, virtually on a par with the soul-shredding video of the Russian soldier being beheaded by Chechen rebels.

I'll bet it was a Burn research film they used. I saw a film like this years ago and I think it may have been Military Research. I guess with no context it would seem even more cruel than it already is. Anyway, according to science Pig skin is apparently very close to Human skin.
