I think "Fall of the Republic" is the most likely candidate, since it "fits" with the overall theme of the other titles.

Before TPM was named, there were three names for the three prequels being circulated:
"Balance of the Force"
"Rise of the Empire"
"Fall of the Republic"
Just looking at the trend, I don't see "Fall of the Republic" being used. I tend to give the three speculative titles some credence because the phrase "Balance of the Force" was used in TPM.
Looking at the three known titles:
1. The Phantom Menace
2. Attack of the Clones
3. ??????????
4. A New Hope
5. The Empire Strikes Back
6. Return of the Jedi
None of the key words are re-used. Clones, Empire, Jedi. I'm guessing that the third film will have either "Sith" "Dark Side" "Force" or "Republic" in the title. "Sith" and "Darkside" seem to be the likliest candidates, though it would good to include "Republic" in there, but I don't think it will be "Fall of the Republic," but maybe some other permutation.
Since the tone of this film will be the darkest of all six, I wouldn't be surprised to see either "Sith" or "Darkside" in there.
