Iron Giant.
I seriously tear up every single time, and I've watched the movie an almost horrifying number of times. I can't think of another movie that's ever had that sort of emotional impact on me, let alone repeatedly.

No movie gets to me more than the Elephant Man...particularly when Anthony Hopkins takes John Hurt to his home to have tea with his wife. That scene makes me lose it everytime, particularly when Hurt tells her that a beautiful woman has never been so nice to him before.

The end of Godfather III, when Michael's daughter gets shot. No matter what people may say about that movie, that ending was some of the best acting i've seen. Pacino, Garcia and Kay (forget her real name) were all amazing in showing their emotions.
That scene gets me every time.

The way Cameron shot this scene made feel like I was there.
Spoiler:
Saving Private Ryan
The opening scene at Omaha Beach. It really made an impact on what sacrafices were made by so many to give me the freedoms I have today.

On the other hand one that chokes me up every time and I am ashamed to admit it is the scene near the end of Forest Gump when Jenny is dieing and Forest is telling her about all the beautiful things he's seen (during his run across America and in Vietnam) and it still hits me every time. It really does, I'm choking up now just thinking about it. Jez I'm a puss.

i've got to agree with some of the other posters in regards to the final scene in monsters inc. just beautiful and if that doesn't make you want to have kids then your a cold son of a b*t*h,also a scene at the end of titanic, not any of leo's scenes,it's when the titanic designer checks the time with the clock on the wall,it's heartbreaking, they didn't listen to him about his ship and this is all he can do for her.

Well, I hope I'm not the only one, but the first time I saw IRON GIANT, and the robot sacrifies himself at the end and says "Superman"...that really got to me!
But sometimes I tear up just because a scene or moment is so perfectly filmed...like in E.T. when the boys are racing away on their bikes and get to the roadblock...that moment when the bikes swoop up into the air always chokes me up because it's my idea of a "perfect" movie moment. Only when the cops have the shotguns, of course....!

I would guess we all have a scene in a film you hate to admit really got to you, or you feel silly because it did. I have to admit I've seen Star Trek 2 conservatively 150 times, and I still feel like I really lose a friend when Spock dies, even though I know he will be back soon (and I've never watched the end with a dry eye).

(HUGE SPOILERS) I am not allowed to cry...
...but I can't help it whenever I see the following:
Jerry Maguire -
when Dorothy tells Cruise of the breakup...and then cue the "Secret Garden"
Empire Strikes Back -
when Leia confesses her love to Han Solo in which Han Solo says "I know"...and then cue John Williams' score
Gladiator -
when Lucilla tells the dying Maximus "Go to them"...and then cue Hans Zimmer/Lisa Gerrard's theme
Cinema Paradiso -
when the older Toto views the clips that Alfredo has left him...then cue Ennio Morricone's dramatic score
The Mission -
when De Niro, before dying, sees Jeremy Irons staring right at him before being shot amidst Ennio Morricone's haunting music

Boogie Nights:
"I'm a ****ing idiot. I'm a ****ing idiot. I'm a ****ing idiot."
A River Runs Through It:
Damned if I don't feel emotional throughout the whole thing.
Lonesome Dove:
The character reel at the end gets me every time, as cliche as it might be. "Hell of a vision."
stoolie

I'm normally a big sissy anyway when it comes to emotional scenes. Here's a few that stand out, but I could go on and on and on:
Titanic
Deep Impact
Armageddon
Benji
Lady and the Tramp
It's a Wonderful Life
Heh heh, here's a recent emotional one from my wife:
Willard
Honk!
