Thanks everyone for the sympathies and kind words over my loss 
. I did send Arrow an e-mail with a link to the pictures today. I didn't ask for anything and don't expect any special consideration as this is in no way their fault (and I did get a refund from Amazon). I thought they might get a kick out of seeing the carnage and would like to know that the set is just a little bit rarer. Only 9,999 left!

I haven't gone through them thoroughly, but they all booted up and I could cycle through the menus.
If anyone knows of a good place to get some custom artwork and/or a single 3-disc case I would appreciate it.

Looks like the loose pattern is that it's showing up roughly 7-10 days after everyone's delivered by date. So I'm hoping it'll be here by the end of the month. THEN I'll start worrying.

Nothing yet as of yesterday but I emailed Amazon uk today and got a full refund. I'll wait a week if nothing I'll or from Arrow.
