You probably have it fixed by now, but usually when the code box doesn't show up using IE - it is because you (anyone) opened DDD in another IE window making 2 DDD pages open. And then the box disappears and doesn't come back until you log out and only have one DDD page open (which happened when you logged out).

That happened to me when I clicked a DDD link from this thread while having a DDD page open already.
