I had just sent them a request for an update prior to seeing the newer posts in this thread. Guess I'm not the only one that hasn't seen any update to my order since the day of the flash sale. Odd since others reported getting their orders already.
Every order I've done through their site before was shipped very quickly.

Two out of three orders shipped. No big deal that I didn't get it yet, but I sent an email too. They gave me the $10 credit. Looking forward to the next flash sale.

Dang. I got all my discs, but I would have waited a couple more weeks if it came with a $10 gift card. Especially since all the movies I got were upgrades of titles I already own (two from Criterion laserdisc, and one from bare-bones DVD)

Mine finally shipped over the weekend and it's at the local post office as of this morning. Since we get our deliveries at our condo building in the afternoons, maybe I'll have these tonight.
Edit: got em. Had a scare for a minute: I got the DVD version of Kwaidan and there's nothing on the box about it being 16x9 so I actually put the disc in to check and it's all good.
