Assume that all of these are available to all customers unless specifically listed as member only like the Welcome Package. Also remember that any preliminary codes are just that and BN could pull it, change the details or exclusions anything prior to release so always a bit of YMMV until the final release date

Mini FAQ
Coupons should not work for PREORDERS , Nook, Legos, Rosetta Stone, Digital, Gift Cards, Memberships, etc. There are glitches where sometimes an excluded item will be allowed but assume that is the exception to the rule

Max 3 GC on a single online order.
Online only a single code can be applied to an order

Online ordered items can returned to a local store unless it's classified as a web-only item then it's at the store's discretion to accept

Combine Prime Pantry credit with the free shipping items for basically free food. You can't use free food?

Just when I thought it wouldn't go any lower, 'Yojimbo/Sanjuro' (Criterion) is at an all time low of $28
https://www.amazon.com/Yojimbo-and-S.../dp/B003152Z4U

'Ladyhawke' (WAC) has settled down to its lowest price - $10.27:

Used copy of the 'Three Colors' trilogy (Criterion) - Amazon Warehousedeals at $31.99

I forget what they are right now, but when I considered the pantry credit, -which they always offer me instead of the video credit (which I'd take in a heartbeat), -I found that the restrictions and their pricing made it a non-starter for me.

Plus the expiration date for the credit is way too soon. Pretty useless credit, IMO.

That was my experience as well. I did manage to put together an order with staples, such as rice, but I ended up with several years supply. Most of the free shipping items were junk food of no interest to me. I think Prime Pantry would make more sense for large families. Just doesn't work for me.

Again matching Walmart's increased "pickup discount" of $3.71. I find it interesting that Walmart is holding the price steady at $13.98 and adjusting the pickup discount.

I don't think it works there either. Their prices are typically higher, frequently much higher, than what I pay locally for the same products/sizes. On occasion I find a "deal" or can break even if there are enough items I want/need that will trigger the free shipping credit. I looked yesterday and didn't find enough to bother with. Like you, I've either stocked up enough for quite a while or it's junk food I don't want. I have $20 in credits that expire in 4-5 weeks. It's unlikely I'll find enough to use 1 credit ($5 - and why don't they just let them stack?), much less all 4, in that time.

Based on this post in the WM Bargains thread it sounds like they're doing that to prevent giving a price adjustment to those who purchase it from WM.

So I may try later with another rep, or else it might pay to leave higher-price items in the shrinkwrap in case you want to return and repurchase. Grrr, there's always a catch.

Re: Amazon discounts and deals on Blu-ray

Interestingly, I'm not getting any slow-shipping option today. I know it used to be seasonal, but it's been constant for so long (for digital, Pantry, or otherwise) that it seems weird to not have anything there.

I had something similar happen on a pre order (which may have been prime members only). I still had the slow shipping option but without any perk.

That's interesting and makes sense.

The Walmart pickup discount has increased to $3.92, so $10.06 for Ladyhawke.

That's sort of what I've been complaining about, I don't get an option; on several in stock orders this year the original shipping date was a month in the future! When I called it got fixed; but it took 2-4 calls per order & some promised follow up never occurred.

Re: Amazon discounts and deals on Blu-ray

Venture Bros Season Six $15.11 (I think that's the magic $15 I was looking for)

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01IWFPHI4

Some other notables:
Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon 4k (I bought it at $17ish about six months ago and it was well worth it) $13.91
https://www.amazon.com/Crouching-Tig...dp/B01E010SY2/

Ladyhawke is now $9.86 https://www.amazon.com/Ladyhawke-Blu.../dp/B00W81K9C8
(I have the UK version so I'm good but that's an awesome price)

and finally Yojimbo/Sanjuro is $27.98 (a full three bucks from when I ordered it)
https://www.amazon.com/Yojimbo-Sanju...dp/B003152Z4U/

Re: Amazon discounts and deals on Blu-ray

I think many of the Warner Archive discs would sell more copies with retail support, but they have been relegated strictly to online outlets.

Ladyhawke is one of those movies that would sell a lot more copies if carried at Walmart.

What I want to know is why are there still so many Warner owned titles that are unavailable on blu-ray in spite of the archive collection, BD-R releases, standard retail etc??? Like half the good Steven Seagal movies that I'm still stuck with double-sided DVDs of (Fire Down Below, On Deadly Ground, Glimmer Man). Leatherface: Texas Chainsaw 3. They're probably sitting on movies like No Escape and The Getaway (1994) too. The goddamn Getaway was on HD-DVD, but we still can't get a blu-ray of it? Tell me that's not ridiculous.

Answer is their beliefs regarding what will make dollars. In the 21st century (really since the late 70's) dollars is all that matters to the giant multi media corporations.

Warner apparently owns the rights in Europe, for whatever reason. I thought I heard something about them acquiring it in the US as well.
