Check out John Sayles great audio commentary for Limbo. Sayles talks about how me made this film on both a practical and thematic level. Interesting info on how he instructs the actors to work on scenes that require heavy overlapping dialogue.

Sayles is one of the best. A real hero of mine. "Limbo" is a great movie with a great ending. I just wish "Eight Men Out", "City of Hope", and many of the other great John Sayles films would come out on DVD.

Toyzz, I agree, John Sayles' commentary is one of the best I've heard. It's to the point, always interesting, and there's no fluff. Exactly what I had expected from a writer/director of his stature.
The movie itself is one my favorites of 1999.

For you John Sayles fans out there, I recoomend his book on the making of Matewan. Once again, he provides his audience with his approach on the best way to film text and sub-text.
