Ugh, these contestants aren't getting any more likable. And dear Survivor editors ... when you show a clip of a player boasting about how "in the bag" an upcoming vote is, it isn't a swerve when that player gets voted out. In fact, it's 100% predictable and sucks all the suspense out of tribal council. Please stop doing that. You're not fooling anyone.

When I saw the immunity challenge was all physical, I feared GenX wouldn't have had much of a shot. But those old guys (and girls) moved pretty good in the water. Well, except for David

About the previews for next week:
Spoiler:
could they be jumbling up the tribes (mixing both "generations" in 2 new tribes)? I would welcome that. The "generation" talk got old a few minutes into the first episode. Though the previews could've been showing something else (like a mix-up just for reward).

Preview talk:
Spoiler:

It looked more like when they send one person from each tribe to go spend time at the other tribe's camp for a short time. They've done it before but not in awhile, I think.

Al of this contrasting talk about Gen X and Millennials that they are making the contestants engage in is insufferable.

No Gen-X person would be foolish to get into a Survivor couple relationship. I mean other than the all of the Survivor couple relationships from the early seasons when the Gen X people would still have been in their 20s.

Definitely this. Yes, it's been many seasons since they did that. But it's always been good when they did.

Can't wait for the merge so the "generation divide" can hopefully at least take some kid of a back seat. At least till the reunion where Jeff can hammer us with it again. But hey, at least the one capable Gen X'er was able to carry his tribe to a victory. And sadly it looks like we are back to them making idols very easy to find. A silk screened coconut! Really!?!

Time will tell if Taylor and Figgy become the next Rob and Amber. I'm guessing they won't.

Spoiler:
Yeah, it definitely looked like it was one visitor or switcher rather than a full-on reshuffle. I assume that's why they were drawing the rocks.

Don't know if we need time to tell us that.

I'm amazed how immature most the millennials sounded at tribal--I think they purposefully picked millennials that were "younger"-thinking and Gen X'ers that were "older"-thinking.

On Rob's Big Brother podcast, Da'vonne said she was in final picks for this season of Survivor, but was told at last minute she couldn't play because she didn't fit the theme. Makes me think that's because she's an "older" Gen X'er...?

It's official, Survivor juries hate Asian chicks.

I was really torn by the result because Fluffy comes across as a jackass and the other girl seemed really nice, but it totally sucks when the eye candy goes out so early.

Just out of curiosity, are there any posters here who are Millennials? I'd like to know if you find the Millennials as annoying as the rest of us do, or if you actually find the Gen X'ers more annoying.

Yeah, that one guy said that no couple had ever gone far on Survivor and I immediately thought "What about Rob and Amber?!"

Everyone thinks the generation behind theirs is stupid, lazy, and spoiled.

"The Greatest Generation" thought the "Baby Boomers" were assholes.
The "Baby Boomers" thought "Generation X" were assholes.
"Generation X" thinks the "Millennials" are assholes.
And the "Millennials" will think the kids who take their place are assholes, too.

i'm right on the cusp of both and i find both stereotyped groups super annoying. be nice. don't be an asshole. do what you love. work hard at it. how hard can it be?

this is the worst season in a while with all this manufactured crap.
