Enjoyed tonight's episode, but not as much as the last 2 weeks.
Amber was really beginning to bug this episode. I did enjoy the scene where House gave himself too much insulin to get rid of the hallucination and then she magically appeared again singing and bugging the shit out of him. Looks like Anne Dudek still needs to work off some of the baby weight.
I thought the buildup to the House/Cuddy sex scene was a little disappointing. The scenes where Cuddy was helping him detox were really well done though. Laurie was solid as usual and I thought he had great chemistry with Lisa E.
How many times have we seen House attempt to detox from Vicodin?
As for the medical mystery, I thought it was pretty meh despite the scene with her skin peeling off. I thought the 2 actors weren't very good.

After spending a night with somebody puking and going through the detox, i dont think i could manage to sleep with them the next day. It seemed kinda icky but maybe thats just me.

I thought the detox scenes were well done... his eyes were all blood shot, etc.
But the detox -> romance seemed a bit rushed.
I thought - detox takes a couple of days. This episode sets up detox you are a wolfman - once the sun comes out.. you will be fine.

It looked/sounded like she was headed home to change then see House at the hospital (dialogue) and that he was dressed to head there at that moment.
See I didn't get that feeling. Amber as House's id/ego was always interesting because you could actually SEE the inner conflict that House confronts when making any decision... like the pill on the floor. Amber says she knows he saw it before because she did. It was a very interesting plot and character device that I think they could have stretched out a few more episodes.
