Buffy Chosen Collection: Scratched Disc Questions
I purchased this set a couple of years ago but I just got around to watching it recently. I've encountered a problem though - the first disc in my Season 5 set has two deep scratches.
Does Fox offer any sort of a disc replacement service, or am I screwed?
If not: Is there anything else I can do, other than having to buy a new S5 set?

You use email [email protected] or call 1-888-223-4FOX.
They been jerks everytime I've tried to get them to help me. They typically want you to go through the retailer you bought it from but if you push them they will fix it. Disney is a lot nicer as are most other companies. I think you use this email. Frankly I went to a store and rebought an individual season of buffy to fix mine. And returned the scratched back to them. Because fox is hard to work with sometimes. Ultimately I did have to sell an invidual set on ebay though.
