These weekly threads are for price comparisons of all the big new releases, and the posting and discussion of that particular week's store exclusives and freebies.

These lists will likely be incomplete until Wednesday or so, since DVDs are released on Tuesday and one of us needs to visit all the stores to confirm things.

Volunteers needed: I regularly go to Best Buy, Circuit City, Target, and Walmart; but don't visit the other stores every week. If you work at or regularly go to the FYE/TWEC chains, Costco, Borders, K-mart/Sears, Barnes and Noble, Blockbuster, Hot Topic, or any other store that has DVD exclusives; we'd appreciate any updates you could give us.

I passed on the single disc Hancock w/shirt, It looks like something old navy should be selling.

Picked up the Hancock Steelbook, Circuit city 3 disc, Target Pop up Packaging, FYE Lenticular slipcover and a Blu-Ray copy.

I'm glad my OCD on collecting these is wearing off slightly. I'd hate to have to buy 5 copies of a truly awful movie like Hancock. Only two copies for me.

For any Canadians who read this thread, I picked up the disc out of pure curiosity.. It turns out to be the Users Guide To Hancock that Circuit City seems to have.. Too bad it only comes with the 1 disc edition..

Don't know if they're exclusive to Costco, but I also saw Arrested Development Season 1-3 w/ t-shirt and How I Met Your Mother Seasons 1-3 w/ t-shirt in that same display.

though one copy on blu is enough for me.

Just to be complete, a Canadian store called London Drugs has Lenticular slipcover for Hancock also. The cover is in English, but the DVD cover is bilingual..

No problem. It's 2 film cells. The pic isn't a lithograph though, it's part of the card. It's really nice looking.
