Order history returned movies I didn't return

I ordered 5 movies with the recent B1G1 blu-ray combined with a regular B1G1. I ordered 3 blu-rays and 2 regular. One of the blu-ray's was a preorder.
I just checked my order history and it says I returned 4 out of the 5. The preorder is still pending and I'm being charged for that one. I never even received any of the other 4 so I couldn't have returned them. Anyone else see this happen before?

BMG CD Club did this exact thing last month. They had a glitch where they were practically giving away CD box sets(around 90% off). They caught the glitch and cancelled the orders. However, they listed it in the order history as returned, even though it never shipped out. You better keep an eye on your order. Hopefully they didn't cancel the 4 freebies(you know, the items that you "returned).

That happened to me during the ch.com B1G1 sale in January. I called them and they just re-sent the order at the sale price.
