A ? about the Saw trilogy

Hi. I just watched Saw 3 and thought it was better than I expected. I was just wondering if the fate or Dr. Gordon was ever revealed since we seen him in the first Saw? Thanks for any info.

I thought Saw 3 sucked big time, but oh well.

Spoiler:

Anyways, we assume Dr. Gordon died (due to blodloss)since it was obvious in the first one that despite him being a fancy surgeon he was unable to stop the blood loss from his leg. And since that amount of time has passed -Adam corpse was rotting), we assume he's dead. On top of that, the guy who played Dr. Gordon had a financial dispute with Lionsgate (IIRC) and won't be retutning, do it's fair to assume he's dead. But really who cares now, everyone is dead dead dead. It's so lame, you lose all sympathy when you know everyone just dies. Dead dead dead.

And why'd they kill off the Dina Meyer character, she was one hot piece of ass. VERY bad call from the writers. Her only purpose was to serve as a transition to the lame setup of saw 3.

He's dead.

Wonder what they'll do for SAW 4?

Spoiler:
I agree that it's most likely he's dead, but I don't think they've given us any information to know that for sure. I wouldn't be surprised if gimpy showed up in Saw 9 and was the new Dr. Jigsaw the way this series is going

My thoughts on this trilogy:

Saw
Saw 2

First 30 minutes of Saw 3
Rest of movie

Given the genre of this movie, it wouldn't surprise me to see that character show up again.
