DVDPlanet CS Experience

Here's a strange but true experience questioning the competence of the DVDPlanet CS:

Once upon a time I got an e-mail displaying a pricy DVD collection consisting only of Criterion Collection movies. Along with the e-mail came a coupon code to get $ 25 off the item. After some time I placed an order for the item.
A few days later I received a cancellation e-mail claiming that either I myself had cancelled the initial order or the item had been discontinued.

Neither was the case.

So I decided to ask the DVDPlanet CS why my order was cancelled.
I received some cryptic message I could not make much sense of. So I wrote again using questions which could simply be answered by YES or NO.

Finally I got a message I could make sense of (thanks to my YES or NO questionnaire).

The item had to shipped abroad to, lets say ... Germany.

I got some fascinating answers.

Original Quote:
"You no longer ship any more items to me specifically?Yes because items
are not being received at your address."

"You reject me as costumer in general no matter which
order I place? We are sorry, there are too many orders not being
received at your address. These items are also not being returned to us. We
are sorry we no longer can accept orders from you."

The fact is that I did place an order for 2 items more or less a year ago.
The order was in fact also cancelled for no reason.

In fact no items were ever shipped to me!!

I sent the CS another mail stating the facts including the order number of my first order with the company.

Of course I got no response to this last mail from the CS.

So either the CS employee is completely incompetent or DVDPacific did some funny business with my account while I was not using it.

Same experience anybody??
